Delta Revolutionizes Indian Manufacturing with Launch of D-Bot Cobots and 240kW EV Charger at ELECRAMA 2025

Money & Market

Delta Electronics, a global leader in power management and IoT-based smart green solutions, has made a significant impact at ELECRAMA 2025 by launching its innovative D-Bot series Collaborative Robots (Cobots) and a high-performance 240kW DC Fast EV Charger.

This strategic move underscores Delta’s commitment to driving India’s industrial and energy transformation towards smart and sustainable practices.

D-Bot Cobots: Enhancing Smart Manufacturing

The D-Bot series Cobots are designed to empower industries with smarter and more efficient production processes.

These 6-axis robots boast payload capacities of up to 30 kg and speeds reaching 200 degrees per second, making them ideal for applications such as electronics assembly, packaging, materials handling, and welding.

Equipped with advanced safety mechanisms, the Cobots ensure seamless human-robot collaboration by detecting contact and reversing movement to prevent accidents.

They integrate seamlessly with Delta’s VTScada SCADA system, DIATwin digital twin platform, and machine vision systems, further enhancing factory productivity and efficiency.

240kW DC Fast EV Charger: Boosting E-Mobility

Delta’s new 240kW DC Fast EV Charger is a game-changer for India’s e-mobility landscape. Developed locally by Delta India’s R&D team, this charger offers dual-vehicle charging capabilities with 95% efficiency, OCPP compatibility, and 4G GSM connectivity.

It is designed to support fleet operators, public charging stations, and commercial applications, fostering sustainable transportation solutions for India’s cities.

Commitment to Sustainability

Delta’s participation in ELECRAMA 2025 highlights its dedication to sustainability. The company has saved customers an estimated 45.5 billion kWh of electricity between 2010 and 2023, equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 23.84 million tons.

Additionally, Delta has constructed 35 green buildings and two certified green data centers worldwide from 2006 to 2024.

Jimmy Yiin, Delta’s Executive Vice President of Global Business Operations, emphasized, “India is a key market for Delta, and we are committed to driving its industrial and energy transformation with our advanced solutions.”

Benjamin Lin, President of Delta Electronics India, added, “Our focus has always been on delivering solutions that advance industries to become more efficient, sustainable, and resilient.”

Delta’s strategic investment in the Krishnagiri facility underscores its commitment to local innovation, manufacturing excellence, and sustainability, aiming to strengthen India’s self-reliance in smart manufacturing and energy infrastructure.
