Booking is open

The 5th annual meeting of Africa Logistics Network will be held in Istanbul, Turkey from the 13th to the 16th of October 2019 at 5* Hotel Hilton Bomonti.

Africa Logistics Network, the community of professional Freight Forwarding companies, is the first network who can affirm to be covering the entire African Continent with reliable and professional Freight Forwarders.

Just some figures: 240 members in 5 Continents with limited number Freight Forwarders per Country, 89 of them in Africa (98% of the Continent). 130 managers expected to attend the meeting in Istanbul.

The not written rule of ALN for the annual meetings is to alternate the hosting Country: once in Africa, once in another Continent.

“We chose Istanbul for many reasons says Marcello Saponaro – Chairman of ALN -. First of all because it’s a magic, wonderful city and for three days a border town between 3 continents: Europe, Asia and Africa!”

“Istanbul is also easy to be reached – Marcello Saponaro adds -. A big hub with direct flights from many cities all over the World and last but not least it offers many places, historical buildings, natural sights available for the leisure day on October 17th.”

Istanbul meeting is going to be innovative in the networking business because for the first time two different networks, with distinct managements, will cooperate for the same interest of their members. As a matter of fact, on the last day of one–to–one meetings on 16/10, Africa Logistics Networks and Project Logistics Alliance members will be free to meet each other in a view of expanding their business opportunities. For one day, on the 3rd one, we will enjoy a meeting of 250 expected delegates.

“The network was born by our awareness that Africa is the future for development, – adds Alessandro Saponaro, Honorary Presidente of ALN – and we trusts that Africa’s development is growing at the same time with the level of education, professionalism, social cohesion and infrastructures.

The main part of the meeting will be dedicated to One-to-One talks between members of the Network, but there will be many opportunities for socializing and strengthening of the friendship and business relationship as well, during all the meeting days.

After 4 days meeting, attendees are going to enjoy also a Leisure Day to visit Istanbul and its cultural hot spots.
