TireHub to Open New Regional Distribution Center in San Bernardino, California

TireHub, a national tire distributor co-founded by Bridgestone Americas Inc. and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, has announced plans to open a new Regional Distribution Center (RDC) in San Bernardino, California.

The facility, scheduled to begin operations in early 2025, marks another significant milestone in the company’s rapid growth.

The San Bernardino RDC will be the third of its kind for TireHub, following successful launches in Allentown, Pennsylvania, in October 2023, and Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, set to open in October 2024.

This new center is part of TireHub’s broader strategy to enhance its logistics capabilities and provide faster service to tire dealers and retailers across the United States.

Boosting Regional Efficiency

The San Bernardino facility is designed to support TireHub’s Logistics Centers (TLCs) in the western United States.

It will serve as a replenishment hub, enabling quicker inventory restocking and improving service efficiency for customers in the region.

This initiative underscores TireHub’s commitment to delivering premium passenger and light truck tires from Bridgestone and Goodyear to its dealer and retail partners.

Strategic Expansion Goals

With the addition of the San Bernardino RDC, TireHub aims to strengthen its position in the western U.S., a region known for its high demand for quality tire products.

The company’s growing infrastructure highlights its focus on meeting customer needs with greater speed and reliability.

Leadership Insights

In a statement, TireHub’s leadership emphasized the importance of the new RDC in advancing the company’s mission to transform the tire distribution industry.

“Our new San Bernardino RDC is a key component of our strategy to ensure that our dealers and retailers have seamless access to the premium products their customers demand,” a spokesperson said.
