Parmeshwar Metal IPO Opens for Subscription: Key Details


Parmeshwar Metal Limited’s highly anticipated Initial Public Offering (IPO) opened for subscription today, offering investors an exciting opportunity to participate in the growth of a prominent manufacturer in the copper wire industry.

The IPO will remain open until January 6, 2025.

The allotment of shares is expected to be finalized on January 7, 2025, with refunds initiated shortly thereafter. Successful applicants can expect the shares to be credited to their demat accounts by January 8, 2025. The IPO is set to debut on the BSE SME platform on January 9, 2025.

The funds raised from the IPO will be deployed to:

  • Establish a new manufacturing facility in Gujarat.
  • Refurbish an existing copper melting furnace.
  • Address working capital requirements.
