Emirates to Launch Premium Economy on Brisbane Flights

Emirates has announced the upcoming introduction of its Premium Economy cabin on flights between Dubai and Brisbane, set to begin on February 1, 2025.

This marks a significant expansion of Emirates’ Premium Economy offering, with Brisbane becoming the third Australian city to welcome this elevated travel class, following the successful launches in Sydney and Melbourne.

The Premium Economy service will operate three times a week on Emirates flights EK434 and EK435. Passengers on these flights will experience a new level of comfort, with 56 cream-colored leather seats in a 2-4-2 configuration.

Each seat offers a spacious 19.5 inches of width and a generous 101 cm seat pitch, allowing for more legroom and enhanced recline, as well as a footrest for added comfort. The six-way adjustable headrest ensures passengers can find the perfect position for relaxation.

Emirates’ Premium Economy experience goes beyond comfort, offering a range of premium services. Passengers will enjoy a 13.3-inch entertainment screen with a wide selection of movies, TV shows, and music.

In-seat charging points are also available to keep devices powered throughout the journey. Additionally, meals are served on elegant Royal Doulton china, accompanied by drinks in fine glassware.

The move to introduce Premium Economy on Brisbane flights reflects Emirates’ commitment to providing Australian travelers with a superior flying experience.

By April 1, 2025, nearly 4,000 Premium Economy seats will be available across the airline’s Australian network, including daily services from Sydney and Melbourne, in addition to the new Brisbane routes.

Emirates has long been a leader in the aviation industry, and the introduction of Premium Economy further reinforces its dedication to offering exceptional service.

Travelers on the Brisbane-Dubai route can now enjoy a level of luxury that bridges the gap between Economy and Business class.
