The IPO comprised a fresh issue of shares worth ₹500 crore and an offer for sale amounting to ₹82.1 crore.

A major portion will be allocated to its subsidiary, Havix Group Inc., to fund capital expenditures for establishing a state-of-the-art sterile injections manufacturing facility in Atlanta, Georgia.
