[dropcap]E[/dropcap]thiopian Airlines is the best carrier in Africa but ranks 44th worldwide, a new report has shown. The report by Skytrax World Airline Awards however shows that the carrier has dropped four places from last year where it ranked number 40.
South African Airways (46) Air Mauritius(69), Air Seychelles(82) and Kenya Airways(90) were the best African national carriers in the top 100 list despite all but Air Mauritius registering slight drops from last year’s ranking.
Fastjet, Mango, Kulula,JamboJet and Fly540 were ranked best low-cost carriers in Africa in that order.
Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines,ANA All Nippon Airways,Cathay Pacific Airways and Emirates were ranked the best airlines globally.
