The African Reinsurance Corporation (Africa Re) welcomes applications from suitable / qualified candidates for the 3rd Cohort of the elearning Young Insurance Professionals Programme between October 15
and November 15, 2020.
The YIPP is an online training programme, which is free of charge and targets insurance/reinsurance professionals under the age of 32, working with insurance or reinsurance companies, brokerage firms,
supervisory authorities or related organizations.
The programme comprises fourteen (14) courses, which are carefully selected and well designed. These courses will build a solid foundation in insurance and reinsurance for participants, a key component for
career development in the industry. The YIPP is another milestone in the Corporate Social Responsibility
initiative of Africa Re, in line with its mission of fostering the development of the insurance and reinsurance industry in Africa.
At the end of the nine (9) month online training, the best participants
will enjoy the following benefits:
1. Certificate of Completion issued by Africa Re Group MD/CEO;
2. Invitation to a Capstone On-Campus where they will be introduced
to cutting-edge managerial and leadership skills;
3. Sponsorship to attend one of the major insurance / reinsurance events in Africa (AIO, FANAF, OESAI, GAIF, FAIR, etc.).
