In celebration of its 98th anniversary, 7‑Eleven is treating customers across the United States to its annual 7‑Eleven Day, also known as National Slurpee Day, offering a free small Slurpee drink and introducing new surprises designed to elevate the in-store experience.
The annual tradition, held every July 11 (7/11), invites customers to visit participating 7‑Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes locations to receive a complimentary small Slurpee, no purchase required.
This iconic giveaway has become a much-anticipated summer event, drawing in millions of Slurpee fans across the country.
This year, 7‑Eleven is introducing a quirky new addition to the celebration — “Tongue‑Toos”, limited-edition Slurpee-themed tongue tattoos that appear temporarily on customers’ tongues after sipping select Slurpee flavors.
The tattoos feature the signature “S” logo in bright, Slurpee-inspired colors and are available at select stores for 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards loyalty members.
Adding to the excitement, the fan-favorite Mountain Dew Infinite Swirl Slurpee flavor makes its return, alongside classic options like Cherry, Blue Raspberry, and Coca-Cola.
Customers enrolled in 7-Eleven’s rewards programs can scan their app when claiming their free Slurpee today to receive an additional digital coupon for a second free small Slurpee, redeemable through July 31, 2025.
The company is also running a summer-long sweepstakes where loyalty members who use the 7‑Eleven or Speedway app can enter for a chance to win $5,000 daily, simply by purchasing select products and scanning their app.
For customers celebrating from home, the 7NOW Delivery app is offering a special promotion: $7.11 off orders of $20 or more, valid on July 11 only, using promo code 711DAY.
Additionally, fans can shop the limited-edition 7‑Eleven Birthday Capsule Collection on 7Collection.com, featuring branded apparel and accessories marking the retailer’s 98-year legacy.
